( 1 ) enter the registration mode
① In the unlocked Insert the key into the ignition switch.
② any 5s for a door in the ON → OFF → ON → OFF → ON ( starting when the door is kept closed state ) .
③ ignition switch for ON-LOCK action in the 10s 5 times ( last held in LOCK state ) .

( 2 ) Registered transmitter
① After entering the registration status within 5s while pressing the transmitter button once to unlock the lock . Then turn lights flashing two

Within 5s , the second transmitter while pressing the lock button again to unlock the first transmitter ② After successful registration . Then turn signal flashes twice , indicating that the second transmitter successfully registered .
③ Repeat the above steps to register additional transmitters ( Corolla EX can register up to four transmitters ) .
( 3 ) to exit the registration mode
① When the registration is completed all four transmitters will automatically exit the registration mode .
② If the number of transmitters registered less than four , then the transmitter after the last successful registration within 5s if no new transmitter signal will exit the registration mode .
